Thank you for shopping with Budget Autos Collectibles. We take care to package sports cards and collectibles securely so they arrive safely.

Shipping & Packaging

Most orders are shipped securely using protective bubble mailers.

Cards will be appropriately protected before being placed inside the mailer. Depending on the item, this may include sleeves, top loaders, team bags, graded-card sleeves, cardboard protection, or other protective materials.

If an order is too large, valuable, or otherwise requires a shipping box for additional protection, Budget Autos Collectibles will cover any additional shipping or packaging cost associated with upgrading the shipment to a box.

Customers will not be charged an additional amount after checkout simply because we determine that a box is necessary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping options available for your order.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will also be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders will be prepared and shipped as quickly as reasonably possible after payment has been successfully completed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Budget Autos Collectibles is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

If your tracking information indicates a problem with your shipment, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.

If an order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the package and item so the issue can be reviewed.

High-Value Orders

Higher-value purchases may receive additional packaging or shipping protection at our discretion.

This may include upgraded packaging, a shipping box, insurance, signature confirmation, or other reasonable precautions.

Returns

All purchases are subject to the Budget Autos Collectibles Return & Refund Policy. Unless an applicable exception applies, all sales are final.
