Welcome to Budget Autos Collectibles. By visiting our website, purchasing products from us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

Budget Autos Collectibles sells sports cards, trading cards, collectibles, memorabilia, and related products.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to make purchases using the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict purchases when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or misuse of our website.

2. Products & Card Condition

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe every product.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, raw or ungraded trading cards are sold as-is based on the condition shown in the listing photographs and description.

Trading cards may contain imperfections including, but not limited to:

• Surface imperfections
• Print lines
• Scratches
• Corner or edge wear
• Centering issues
• Factory defects

Please review all available photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

3. Grading Disclaimer

Budget Autos Collectibles does not guarantee that any raw or ungraded card will receive a particular grade from PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any other third-party grading company.

Any opinion regarding the condition of a raw card is not a guarantee of a future professional grade.

Professionally graded cards are sold according to the grade and certification displayed on the holder at the time of sale.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before a purchase is completed.

In the event of an obvious pricing, listing, or inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

5. Orders & Inventory

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

Because some inventory may also be offered or sold through card shows, in-person transactions, or other sales channels, an item may occasionally become unavailable before our online inventory is updated.

If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, the affected purchase will be canceled and refunded.

6. Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or other suspicious activity may be canceled.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final.

We do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Exceptions may be made when an incorrect item was shipped, an item was materially misrepresented, or another mistake was made by Budget Autos Collectibles.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

8. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Issues involving lost or damaged shipments will be reviewed based on tracking information, carrier policies, insurance coverage, and the circumstances of the shipment.

9. Authenticity

Budget Autos Collectibles makes reasonable efforts to sell authentic trading cards, autographs, memorabilia, and collectibles.

For products authenticated or certified by third parties, authentication information will be represented according to the certification or documentation accompanying the product.

Third-party grading and authentication companies operate independently from Budget Autos Collectibles.

10. Product Images

Unless otherwise stated, product images are intended to represent the actual item being sold.

Images, logos, graphics, and other original content belonging to Budget Autos Collectibles may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store may use services provided by Shopify and other third parties for payments, shipping, analytics, website functionality, and other business operations.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, violate applicable laws, or attempt to obtain products or services through unauthorized means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Budget Autos Collectibles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, resale, grading, or change in market value of a collectible.

The value of sports cards and collectibles can increase or decrease over time. Budget Autos Collectibles does not guarantee the future value, resale value, or investment performance of any product.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are posted on our website. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
